Do HCC products carry an AUSTRALIAN warranty?
YES! Unlike many companies that sell "Grey Market" products HCC sell only products that are covered in Australia by the Australian importer or manufacturer, this means you'll never have to send your equipment overseas to be repaired (that's in the fine print of several Aussie web pages..)
What is the HCC Return Policy?
We offer a five (5) day or 5 Hour (on projectors) return policy should you be dissatisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us and we will issue you a Return Authorisation Number.
This number must be on all packaging of products being returned.
(NOT WRITTEN ON THE ACTUAL BOXES BUT ON A REMOVABLE STICKER OR WRAPPING)
All returns must be returned in original packaging. All returns for refund will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the original outbound freight.
In the unlikely event of a defective product return , we will exchange the product in accordance with the manufacturer's replacement policy.
Product that may be damaged during freight is the responsibility of the freight carrier. However, it is your responsibility to inspect and note any damage at time of delivery. Any damage must be reported in writing to the carrier representative and HCC at time of delivery if at all possible. Request a damage report or inspection report from the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within two (2) days.
All products covered under our return or exchange programs must be shipped/returned in new condition to our facility complete with the original packaging, all documentation including blank warranty certificate, manuals, cables and accessories, within five (5) days of receipt by you, via minimum 7 day freight with insurance for the full value of the original purchase.
You can't return software opened or not, for example colour calibration software etc.
When will my goods be shipped?
If you get your order in by 10AM the goods normally leave that day. Most capitals take 1 to 2 days. Far north QLD, NT and WA can take up to a week or so. You will be sent tracking details via email so you can see where your goods are.
You will need to call the courier company on the provided number and quote the tracking number if you're curious as to the exact time of delivery. We do our best to process orders ASAP but delays by couriers or you not being home are out of our control. We suggest where possible you have the delivery made to your work address.
How do I know you won't take my money and not supply the goods?
We don't charge your card till we ship unless you've ordered a custom product like a CUSTOM MADE screen.
We didn't go to all the trouble of setting up this site to rip you off! Most credit cards do do not charge you in the event of a fraudulent transaction in any case.
You may be worried about the fact that we don't provide a showroom, put simply at the prices we offer we can't afford to at our prices!
We will list contact details for companies that advertise and/or offer products through HCC. We will not allow dubious companies to list products on HCC and we only deal with companies that we know personally.
We offer products on behalf of Australia's premier retailers and importers, you can think of us as a portal that gets the best products to come together in one place rather than having to endlessly surf the net. We offer a service that allows companies to list products and supply your order either through HCC's secure shopping or via another method. In some cases that's going into the store with a discount voucher, other times we will direct you to their web site.
We've found most people would rather save the money.
You can't have the lowest prices AND the best service no matter what anyone tells you. It's common sense just as you can't have 48 months (or whatever) interest free and the lowest prices. Someone must pay and that someone is you!
If you call us we will have the correct person talk to you, remember we are a portal so you may be speaking to someone from one of many trusted Australian suppliers.
